Whatever you're doing this weekend, make sure you spend Saturday afternoon at the KEEN Olympics!  The KEEN Olympics are the biggest and the very best event of the KEEN calendar.  As well as being a way to celebrate the end of term in style, they're also a way for all the athletes to show their parents everything they've learnt at AllSorts session this year.   *We really, really need lots of volunteers!!!* as all the athletes will be there for the whole session, lots of athletes come who don't usually come, and lots of coaches will have already left Oxford for the summer. 

For those of you who haven't been to a KEEN Olympics before it's like an AllSorts session on a grand scale.  We start (almost!) as usual with pairing up and a warm up and then go on to do not three but four sports (tennis, football, rounders and athletics)!  Then it's on to the gigantic obstacle course.  Following that there will be a medal ceremony, graduation for those athletes who turned 25 this year and will be leaving AllSorts, and a big thank you to all the coaches. 

We've even got some special guests!  The Deputy Mayor will be joining us for some of the afternoon, and former Sportsround and Paralympics 2008 presenter Lizzie Greenwood-Hughes will be presenting medals, along with Nadia who was co-ordinator from 2006-2007 and is currently a KEEN trustee. 

The Olympics will be held on New College Sports Ground (the same place as normal AllSorts sessions).  New College Sports Ground is on St Cross Road near the University Parks. 

Finally, if you've got them MAKE SURE YOU WEAR YOUR KEEN HOODIES AND T-SHIRTS to show how proud you are to have been a part of KEEN this year!  (If you ordered any stash, I'll bring it along for you to wear)
