Inclusive, fun and inspiring sessions and projects

The KEEN community is built around our diverse and active session programme, including weekly opportunities for people of all ages and needs to get involved in sports and games, creative arts and drama, and other social and recreational activities.

Who is KEEN for?

While KEEN is an inclusive environment, our session programme and projects are particularly focused around giving opportunities to children and adults with physical or learning disabilities, and/or special needs. We cater for a wide range of needs and rarely turn anyone away.

The young people and/or adults who come to our sessions and our own 'Session Coaches' take part alongside each other. Session Coaches offer participants the right level of support for them, from a 1-to-1 pairing to being part of a small group.

We can cater to young people aged 4 and upwards, and different sessions are grouped by a mix of age and ability level to get a good fit for all.

KEEN sessions are free for all under-18 participants, with a £6 contribution per session for our two adult sessions.

You can find out more about all our sessions below, including how our young people, adults and Session Coaches take part alongside each other. You can also find links to our registration form for new participants.
